Duties and Responsibility: Organize and maintain production/die shop documents. Work with production manager and sales representatives on a daily basis. Familiar with Operation of five presses that use Allen Bradley PLC. Involvement of ordering and receiving press tooling according to customer specifications. Ensure smooth production flow at all presses for three shifts. Ensure dies are cleaned and sand blasted at the caustic room. Check the caustic solution to ensure its level of effectiveness and place an order in case of weak performance. Involvement of engineering and die correction within the die shop. Maintaining history files of dies and related drawings. AutoCad administration. Resolve employee conflicts/recommend disciplinary action. Prepare production schedule and manpower for three shifts. Interviewing candidates for die shop positions. Safety procedures are the daily priority.

Responsibilities: Scheduling on priorities to meet dead lines, 2D and 3D part modeling using Mastercam, CNC set up and programming, design and manufacture fixtures according to product specifications, train staff to operate CNC machines, arrange machine maintenance and mechanical repairs.
