I have been part of the initiation of design, estimating, to completion of commissioning and closeout services; project oversight and have had total responsibility for project Profit and Loss. I have a total understanding of the projects financial condition and the management of all operations; have responsibility over Constructability Reviews, RFI’s, Change Order Processing, Submittal Processing and controlling financial and contractual issues with the sub contractors. I have complete understanding of all changes commencing with the first estimate and show complete monitoring of the financial condition of the project based on scope. I prepare work plans/schedules, develop and estimate change orders; interpret building plans, develop detailed work plans for both design and construction services, prepare design and construction schedules. I have controlled the generation of the close out documents for the project including expeditious settlement of changes; responsible for the content and logic of the Owner and Contractor requisitions for the project; monitor and evaluate the effects of all project changes including but not limited to trends, scope changes, and delays.

Responsibilities:

As a principal of the company, I managed and supervised various constructions projects in the organization. I managed more than one project at a time and coordinated construction activities all projects given to me effectively. I did budget analysis and cost analysis of all the projects given to me and scheduled all tasks and activities without foregoing quality. As a principal of the business, I was in charge of selling projects, estimating them and also handling design build scenarios for cost savings for clients. A large portion of the of focus of the business was HVAC, industrial and commercial projects focusing on aboveground / underground storage and process systems. This area of work encompassed all areas of construction, civil, mechanical, electrical, concrete, on site utilities, carpentry, etc. Performed installations in many areas of the country for many Fortune 500 companies. Estimated and project managed medical equipment and site prep for various types of Sterilization and operating room equipment in numerous in the Hospitals .I have project managed various Laboratory research facilities where new Animal research bedding equipment was installed. Project locations varied from California, Florida, Virginia, Pittsburgh Pa. Etc. Projects were fast tracked and ran concurrently. Each project varied and averaged from Thousands to two million dollars.
