• Design electrical layouts for new apartment complexes, new developmental subdivisions, and new street lighting systems using the ArcGIS program. The ArcGIS program is used for mapping and editing task, as well as map-based analysis.

• Wiring meter services for commercial customers.

• Program meters using PC-PRO+ Advanced Metering Program Editor.

• Test residential meters using Radian Research, Inc.’s RM-17 Portable Watt-hour Test System.

• Troubleshoot all metering problems.

• Provide system switching updates.

• Provide event reports from each substation breaker relay using the SEL 5010 program.

• Program substation communication radios for the scada system using the HyperTerminal program.

• Configure QEI’s Remote Terminal Units (RTU) operational with a 6CPP6 Central Processing Panel using the ConfigWiz program.
