My responsibilities included finding & estimating public & private commercial projects. Hire and train staff. Oversee day to day operations including managing trade base, contracts, scheduling, billing (AIA pay apps & creating all schedule of values), client & architect meetings, and project close out. Within one year I grew our bonding capacity from $500,000.00 to over $2,000,000.00. Below are my most recent finished projects.

• Jefferson Parrish School renovations. Bathroom tear outs and waterproofing.

• Terrebonne General Medical Center. Hospital renovations, with infectious control.

• St. Bernard Parrish Fire Stations. Currently Fire Station #5 and #8. New commercial construction from the ground up.

Assistant Project Manager

My responsibilities included submittals, scheduling, sub correspondence, meeting minutes, and all necessary paperwork pertaining to commercial construction projects. I assisted the project manager with whatever meeting, research, or communication needed.

In this position I read blue prints, over saw multiple job sites, and payroll for entire subdivisions. This included all scheduling, management of home owners, closed houses, and dealing with trade bases from site to closing. During this span I built over 200 homes.

two 8 man crews.

Skills

Knowledge of all phases of public & private commercial construction. I have excellent management skills and produce a quality product. I have worked with many scheduling programs and I am very computer savvy. I know all phases of commercial construction from bidding to close out and have long good standing relationships with every architect & parish official I have ever worked with.

I'm a creative person able to solve problems quickly and efficiently, with a sense of urgency at all times. I have extensive knowledge of all policies & procedures pertaining to public work from start to finish.

I am a team player who can work well with others to get the job done. I have never had a job go into liquidated damages and I can handle anything that stands in my way. I can also balance my family with my career due to great support.
