President/CEO

 Opened the company in October of 2006 providing staffing and recruitment services in the health care industry for Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical nurses. Secured proper funding for the company, built the current team of professionals, and managed the day to day operations of several departments including payroll, benefits, human resources, and clinical supervision.

 Began our quest for Joint Commission Certification in February of 2009 and obtained the certification for health care staffing services from the Joint Commission on April 9, 2009. Wrote all policy and procedures, implemented all policies and procedures, and lead the performance improvement department and directed the monthly PI meetings.

 Marketed our services out to several health care organizations in Louisiana and Mississippi. Started the company with 1 client and now as of August 2010 Symmetric enlists multiple clients state wide and has a field nursing team of 85 full time employees. Developed the marketing strategies that are currently in place and utilized by the current Director of Marketing including social medial integration and advertising, to face to face meetings, sales calls, and other marketing aspects.

 Managed all financial aspects of the company including company wide budgets, A/R, invoicing, tracked payments and applied payments to open invoices. Lead the credit/collections department for accounting and maintained client relations in respect to accounting, payments, collections, and invoicing.

July 2003 – October 2007 Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center Lafayette, LA

LPN/Certified Hyperbaric Technician

 Worked on the Medical/Surgical acute floor. Handled all aspects of primary patient care including, monitoring and assessment, reporting to MD, obtaining MD orders and carrying out MD orders. Floated to Ortho/Neuro, ER, TELE/Step Down, and ICU. Familiar with ventilated patients, ET tubes, and care of the critical ill patient.

 Worked at a Certified Hyperbaric Tech during my time at OLOL in the HBO department under the direction of Dr. Gregory Robiceaux. Obtained wound care certification and is familiar with all aspects of wound healing, including Unna Boot and Profore applications. Diabetic foot ulcers, debridement, and venous ulcers.

 Reported to management and the charge RN at all times. Maintained BLS certification as well as ACLS certification.

Nov 2000 – July 2003 Opelousas General Health System Opelousas, LA

 Worked 4-North the surgical floor. Floated to all departments including TELE (PCU) and ER.

 Worked full time after 1 year on 4-North in the Hyperbaric Department under the direction of Dr. Kerry Thibodeaux.
