(August of 2007 – Present, currently laid off)
Served as on-site Superintendent for the entire duration of the project. Duties included scheduling and supervising subcontractors, quality control, interaction with congregation representatives, working closely with designers to coordinate design changes and updates.

Served as a Project Engineer for several self-perform projects. This role included assuming the overall leadership of the self-perform portions of the projects. Duties included coordinating with the subcontractors and the on-site Superintendent, contract negotiations, tracking expenses and updating the financial standing of all projects, maintaining the schedule, holding progress meetings.

Served as an on-site Assistant Project Manager for several projects, including a Bass Pro Shops and a pre-cast concrete parking structure. Duties included; subcontractor contract negotiations, subcontractor coordination, quality control, updating plans, reviewing and submitting shop drawings, tracking and distributing RFI’s, tracking productivity and updating project schedule, preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, completing daily field reports, tracking time and material projects, quantity takeoffs and purchasing material, tracking man hours and completing payroll timesheets for a maximum of sixty crew members, completing the punch list for WKU Parking Structure #2, preparation of as-build drawings and close-out documents. While serving as an Assistant Estimator I assisted in estimating numerous projects up to $20 Million by attending pre-bid meetings, completing quantity take-offs and preparing estimates using Corecon and Timberline.
