INTERIOR DESIGNER

Commercial Interior Designer with a focus on multi-family residential, corporate (both common spaces and tenant spaces), government, office design, retail and hospitality. I have taken projects through all phases of design, from schematic design through construction administration. My experience includes conducting site surveys, program development, space planning, sketching, design development, finish palates, product sustainability research, rendering floor plans, RCP’s and elevations for client presentations, creating finish boards, creating construction documents (including Demolition Plans, Demolition RCP’s, Architectural Plans, RCP’s and Lighting Schedules, Power & Communication Plans, Finish Plans and Schedules, Elevations, and Details), redlines, product and furniture specification, project management, and client correspondence.
