I positioned the base section in place, then I used a computer controlled torch to cut out the place for the door, after that was done I would use a grinder to clean up the area where the door fits up. Then I would fit the door in and heat it to 350 degrees and pack it with ceramic backing then I welded the doors in the base sections. It was about 32 passes with flux core wire. After its was welded I would use a plasma torch to back gouge the top then put about 15 passes on it. After it was welded I would blend the inside and out side with a grinder.
Reason for leaving: The work was five twelve hour shifts and it was to much for me.

I welded different components for their potato harvesters I used hard hire as well as duel shield corewire I welded mostly heavy material, all of the work was off of blue prints.
Reason for leaving: D.M.I. I thought was the second best to work in fargo.

I welded C.E. Cabs for about a year with .045 hard wire. Than I welded A.G. frames for about three months. After that I welded A.G. cabs. I welded A.G. frames as well.
Reason for leaving: I had to take some time off but I didn’t have the points to cover the time I missed
O'Day tank and steel, Fargo, ND (Jan 2010 to Mar 2010)

I finished welded 20'x12' tanks. I stick welded the top and bottom with 6011 rod, I put fittings in the tank, I cut out a hole for the door and put it in the tank, I pressure tested the tank at 3.5 psi.
Reason for leaving: I took this job because I was layed off from Case so when they called me back I went.

I started welding resonators. I welded them for three months. The company had a winter lay off. I stayed on and welded adv racks. I welded ATV racks for two months. Then I welded ATV frames. I welded ATV Frames for about seven months. I also welded service parts.
Reason for leaving: Case payed a lot more as well as their benefits were better.
