• Launched a comprehensive inventory control program to monitor both food and paper inventory in stores with varying weekly sales.. Created systems to set build levels that insured proper product quality and minimizes waste and theft. RESULTS: Reduces inventory levels to company standards for food and paper. Minimized inventory fluctuations and perishable spoilage.
