* Successfully developed temperature-independent multivariate calibration models with optimized digital Fourier filter
* Predicted glucose noninvasively in animal models by NIR spectroscopy
* Achieved continuous interstitial fluid glucose measurement of rat with optical microsensor
* Designed and evaluated peristaltic pump system for interstitial fluid simulation for continuous glucose measurement with lab-developed optical microsensor
* Developed and validated robust long-term algorithm for glucose consumption and lactate formation measurement in bio-media with Ultrafiltrate probe and NIR spectroscopy
