Advance Automotive – Servicing retail customers and delivering part to auto repair businesses. Crossmark – Resetting Home Depot displays overnight, four man team with little to no supervision.

Self Employed 1992 - 2008

16 years, responsible for all manufacturing and business functions. Grew manufacturing business from 36k to 800k. Grew tutoring business from 15K to 350K.

Manufacturing 1975 – 1991

Fey Automotive – Hired to finish computer system implementation, had to correct sabotage efforts of previous manager, given one year to complete project, completed project in four months, asked to be responsible for analyzing and providing recommendations regarding company concerns. Asked to become plant manager upon plant relocation from Southern California to Minnesota, rejected position due to not wanting to relocate.

Daico Industries – Hired as program manager for defense industry contracts, responsible for all program areas, contract review, bid, audit, product delivery, and post audit: Left after retirement of company president and need of new president to create own management team. Offered six month consulting position.

Dayton Granger – Hired as cost accounting manager promoted to controller, responsible for all accounting functions, left due to the closing down of Southern California facility.

Mile High Equipment Company - Hired in parts department, promoted to general accountant in three months, responsible for general and cost accounting functions within six months, developed mathematical forecast model which increased monthly sales forecast accuracy from 70% to 97%, left due to first wife being promoted to a district manager in the Southern California region.

Retail 1972 – 1974

K-Mark Corporation – Assistance Men Ware Manager for five months, Men Ware Manager 16 months.

As Men Ware Manager increased annual sales from 450K to 750K, Implemented the hanging of sport shirts which is currently an industry standard, was under consideration for Men Ware district manager, Left due to death of mother from cancer, primary family person providing two years of care.
