Responsibilities: Managing 7 finance professionals at the flagship Business Unit facility within the building business unit with 1200 employees and $500M in sales. Responsibilities: Managed the forecast and budgeting process for a $70M, 50 cost centers division of Eaton Corp. Prepared, analyzed and reconciled general ledger accounts. Prepared schedules for quarterly audits and SOX reviews. Consolidated 5 plants ($700M in sales) results including 2 international plants. Report results to division controller with recommendation on improvement plans. Support plant controllers with tools to make reporting to corporate clearer and more efficient.

• Six Sigma project created increased cash flow by $300K annually

• Develop standard training plan for new employees coming into the GL ledger position

• Develop cost center budget report for 50 cost center for managers to managed there budgets and understand variance
