Responsible for driver adherence to TXDOT regulations, including weight thresholds and equipment maintenance. Maintained functional inventory levels for all types of material including rock, sand, and angle iron. Coordinated driver/mechanical/loading operational functions including training. Specific duties and accomplishments include:

 Scheduling and management of field and yard personnel according to pending jobs and staffing levels.

 Large equipment operation including tractor-trailer and various front-end loaders, including all rubber tire and track types

 Freedom to control dispatch orders using company dispatch system and schedule changes as customer service and other factors change.

 Provide customer service for call-in orders and customer discrepancies
