plant and assignment of workers

*Set up and operate all CNC mills which includes horizontal,

and vertical machines. Experienced on Mazaks, OKKs, Okumas, and

large horizontal boring mills

*Operate and set multi spindle “done in one” CNC lathes. Mazak

Integrex 200/300.

*Some experience operating 5-axis Mazak mill.

*Read, edit and add to CNC programs

*Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

*Able to prove out new programs and tooling without costly errors, able

to test new tooling and lifting devices

*Able to maximize tooling ware and minimize machining time

*Work with tight dimensional tolerances using various forms of gauging

*Verify and measure dimensions of parts using precision measuring

instruments

*Maintain and adjust tooling and programs to hold tight tolerances

*Operate CNC machining centres

*Operate manual mills

*Responsible for control of consumable inventory on shift

*Experience with assisting and training of juniour operators

*Fully trained in WHMIS, ISO training and up to date St.Johns First Aid

certificate

*Comfortable with working all shifts and over time as required
