Worked on a project at Mosaic carrying out reactor set up process from acquiring rock to testing the final product, and making adjustments to the system based on results

Used previous runs to determine initial feed rate of materials fed into the reactors including sulfuric, the rock, recycle acid, and defoamer

Maintained a specific gravity range on each, the slurry, recycle acid, and product acid

Ran the plant to a point that Mosaic accepted and created good continuous stable production of product acid

Rewrote operation manuals as well as created a short PFD for this Phos Acid pilot plant specific set-up

Safety was always stressed, always sure to wear proper PPE
