Achieved five years of bonus, based on financial performance during six years as a General Manager.
Held both the position of General Manager and Kitchen Manager during the busy Christmas season, during which time a monthly in-store sales record of $69,000.00 was set and all budgeted categories were beaten both in terms of dollars and percentages.
Selected as a member of a corporate human resources screening team. Used a multi-stage interviewing process to successfully recruit both staff and management.
