Production Support Analyst

Create new, and update existing processes in the dev db environment, test in test environment, and finally promote to prod database. Setup process flow chaining. Execute, schedule, and monitor production processes and applications in accordance with the production schedule, as well as SAS and HIPAA compliance. Repair failed processes (scripts, executable methods, database setups, etc.). Setup secured client SFTP accounts (internal/external) for file transfers. Create, add, edit, and maintain public and private client encryption keys (PGP, GPG, ASCII) for secure file transfers (including transfers to many Fortune 500 companies). Test and provide input for in-house developed tools and applications. Assist in Change Control situations. Provide training and procedural documentation to internal employees, including locations around the world.

Experience included working with UNIX, Perl, SQL, Windows NT, 2000/Vista/XP, TeamTrack request tracking software, Footprints support request tracking software, and many in-house developed applications. Company provided laptop for after hours and remote support.
