Designed and developed a stand-alone computer-based training module on all the contents of Rivera-Brown’s phone protocol. The instructional media was chosen based on the characteristics of the target audience (see target audience description) and the subject matter to be taught within the training session. The training required that each learner have the prerequisite basic competencies levels utilizing computers (desktop/laptops), accessing software on the computer and the internet. The knowledge of navigating the learning module was included in the actual course. The training also included a criterion-referenced exam. The module was created utilizing Lectora software encompassing 80 screens and is 30-40 minutes in duration
