Converting Manager - 2007 to 7/09

My duties in Lebanon were to manage Department of 5 wicketers and 3 extruders and 1 6 color press. Approximately 20 employees.

* Worked with sales dept. and manage to work out previous quality problems with customers. And became number one supplier of there bags again. Did so by devoloping spec sheets that were generated with each order to insure that operator knew exactly what customer wanted

* I have an eye for details and like to keep things simple

* In my work in the past have worked at reducing scrap by 20% increased productivity in reprocessing by 20% and maintained less than .3% in quality related returns and on a cost savings team that 200M a year for three years in a row
