Oversee all functional areas of human resources as well as provide leadership and advisement to managers, employees and staff in all aspects of human resources: administration of hiring, retention, termination, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, development and administration of rules and regulations, performance management, employee development and communication.

• Designed and implemented employee On-Boarding process
