Started at TMF as a GN May 16, 1988 and worked until March 2011. I became a charge nurse on the OB/GYN unit shortly after passing state boards; URO was also added to our unit. I worked full time as the charged nurse for 9 years. April 1997–2011 worked PRN as a relief charge nurse doing GYN/URO/ANTE/Ortho/Med/Surgical nursing the last 14 years. Due to job travel and other work obligation at Home Care Network (see Below) I was no longer able to fulfill my PRN obligations therefore my PRN position was terminated.

Started April 1, 1997 as a Case Manager, in August became the Infection Control/Safety Manager and then shortly thereafter was promoted to the QA/QI Director. I also assisted with the Medicare billing. In 1998 the company closed.

Director of QA/QI for a year then the owner sold the company and the new owner moved it to Sulphur Springs, Texas
