* Assigned by Ciena’s QA manager to work with First Source Electronics, a major equipment rack supplier for Ciena equipment, to minimize the defect rate in delivered equipment. To inspect and train their technicians on building & inspecting racks, which reduced the number of defects 30%.

* Created a QA process and training program for selected First Source engineers on how to conduct hands on inspections and QA audits.

* Reduced defect rate by 30% at First Source Electronics after implementation of QA program created.
