Troubleshoot issues with custom designed applications and data

systems; repair or delegate repair responsibilities as necessary.

Design, implement and maintain front-end reporting interfaces in

MS Excel and SQL Server Reporting Services. Design and maintain

SQL queries in MS Access and MS SQL Server for reporting back

end. Administer generation and distribution of recurring reports

on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule. Create ad-hoc reports

as needed. Develop custom applications as needed.

Accomplishments Include:

* Designed and developed ASP.NET web application in C# to serve

as primary tool for implementing company’s change control

process. Designed application’s database schema using SQL

Server.

* Designed and developed desktop-based transcription application

in C# including audio player with support for USB foot pedal

control for use by company’s market research call center.

* Automated report generation process using VBA for MS Access and

SQL Server Reporting Services. Dramatically reduced report

distribution time by 75%.

* Autonomously learned C#, MS Access, SQL Server/Reporting

Services, XHTML, CSS and ASP.NET while on the job in order to
