for any changes or proposals in the field engineering and RFI's, non-

compliance reports, field issues and submittals. Prepared and maintained as

built drawings.

Erosion control inspection also performed to achieve environment protection

Construction Inspector: for Mckissack & Mckissack

Caissons inspections performed for the McCormick Expansion project and the

field tests for the soils bearing tests were verified as per the

geotechnical reports for the strata and classifications of the soils.

Approved and certified the depth of the foundations to install caissons.

Type of caissons inspected, straight shaft, bell and tension, total

installed were 1076 caissons.
