- Ensured the mentoring, physical training and safety of 94 US Marines in peacetime and combat environments

- Conducted in-depth safety training on engineer equipment & understanding of the National Electric Code

- Managed all Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants for company and batallion sized operations

- Provided training, and cross training to ensure personnel had adequate knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing,

carpentry, and welding.

- Created two night shifts to alternate days and weekends ensuring all emergencies were taken care of

- Received trouble calls and dispatched personnel to asess the situation and take care of immediate dangers

- Provided continuous support to such facilities as Marine Corps University, HMX-1 Presidential Helicopter Unit, and the FBI Academy.

- Held monthly safety meetings and had in-depth discussions on how to improve our safety awareness

- Received no findings on Fiscal years 2001 and 2002 base hazmat and safety inspections

- Ensured respirator fitting, cleaning and training
