I managed the employee termination program for 3 hospitals and other duties included background and motor vehicle checks, reference checks, license verifications, timekeeping/payroll, benefits, writing job descriptions, incident reports, employee relations and conflict resolution, coordinated meetings among associates/customers, employee orientation as required and analyzed core procedures. This position required exceptionally high moral/ethical fortitude, management skills, decision-making, attention to detail, excellent professionalism, sound judgment and flexibility.

Auburn Hills, MI 48326 Project Coordinator

Supported a Senior Research Executive in the Liberty & Technical Affairs Organization as well as three additional managers and their respective departments (NGC, NVH & OBD II). These executives, combined, had approximately 500 persons reporting to them. Responsibilities included all HR support and communications, trouble shooting computer demands for the entire suite, developing and presenting technical graphs/presentations, spreadsheets, tables and various executive confidential abstracts. Other duties included coordinating meetings among associates on-line, tracking calendars and research projects, technical research in the DaimlerChrysler library, analyzing core procedures and facilitating very large, elite educational and technical customer visits with DOE, EPA, vendors, etc. I also managed all inventory for the department. This position required excellent professionalism, organization, attention to detail, sound judgment and flexibility.
