-Provided schematic design for all buildings, created color renderings, coordinated with City of Huntersville for design approval, met with owner, and coordinated with landscape architect.
•Park High-Rise Condos, Charlotte, NC:
-Construction of a 21-story steel framed high-rise condominium with responsibilities for coordinating with engineer consultants, periodical site observation, updating the construction documents per issued AIA documents, and permit/ re-permit processes.
•Huntersville Plaza Shopping Mall, Charlotte NC:
-Construction of a 20,000 SF shopping strip mall; similar duties as Northlake Medical.
•WB Moore Electric, Charlotte, NC:
-Renovation of a 30,000 SF 2-story precast concrete/ steel framed electrical contractor office building.
Developed schematic design and construction documents; attended pre-design, bid, owner, and construction meetings; coordinated with engineer/LEED consultants; provided quality control; coordinated with the City for design approval; provided permit process; handled AIA documents; and checked submittals. This is a Platinum certified LEED Project.

Project Manager (Intern Architect):
•Developed niche experience with this design/build firm that involved procedures specific to church designs while working on projects from 500 to 4,000-sanctuary seating. Worked with in-house contractors, owner/church committees, and engineers to provide architectural service.
•Perfecting Church, Detroit, MI:
-Construction of a 4,000-sanctuary seating facility (3-story steel framed building).
-Developed construction documents, coordinated with engineer consultants, created presentation 3D modeling, coordinated with contractor, conducted permit process, and construction administration process.

-Renovation of a 2,800 SF tenant office as acting architect and general contractor.
-Performed schematic design of tenant space, developed construction documents, coordinated engineering consultants regarding mechanical and electrical issues, started the bidding/negotiation processes, cost estimating, change orders, and general project inquiries, and building permit process.

•Memphis Cook Convention Center (Cannon Center), Memphis, TN:
-Addition of $92 million, 80,000 SF of new exhibition space and meeting space.
-Plans included a 28,000 SF ballroom, 35,000 SF special exhibit hall, 5 additional meeting rooms, and a 2,100 s2f multi purposed performing art center.
-Renovation of existing convention center (upgrade to ADA requirements, addition of 5 meeting rooms).
-Worked under a project representative for construction administration phase updating construction documents, observing the site progress, reviewing submittals, and conducting inspections with the project representative.
•Tunica River Front, Tunica, MS:
-Creation of a park on 168 acres, including a harbor, 40,000 SF visitor center, interpretive nature experience, and observation deck overlooking the Mississippi River.
-Worked under the principal architect during the schematic design phase creating study models, developing schematic drawings, and attending the project meetings.
