Oversee sub-contractors Health and Safety arrangements. Advise project management on all HSE issues, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Co-ordinate with Permit to Work system. Chair weekly safety meetings with the client and sub-contractors. Audit both company and sub-contractors management systems for compliance with legislation. Review method statements, safe systems of working, risk assessments.
