JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITY

Quality management in the areas of process, Incoming & Assembly areas. inspection of in-house processed parts final inspection

Inward inspection of Raw / Semi finished materials. This includes Pressed / Machined metal components, Injection molded plastic components & other raw materials.

Implementation of POKA YOKE for reducing internal and external customer complaints

Using SPC techniques like Run Charts, Control charts to solve the line Quality issues

Improving process capability for critical parameters ( KPC )

In process / patrolling inspection Injection molding & Regulator assembly sections. This includes periodic inspection & plotting of checklists, control charts, Statistical process studies, part conformation, process validations.& product audit ,

Interaction with vendors regarding vendor quality issues, preparation of monthly supplier quality rating & participation in periodic supplier quality audits.

Prepare New product inspection report ,FMEA & PPAP for customer approval

Daily rejection analysis (Inward & In process) monitored.

Reducing in house scrap and rework PPM

Conduct Layout Inspection as per Customer schedule.

Monthly presentation of Inward & Process Rejection data, reports to the quality manager.

Expertise in managing cross functional activities encompassing in-process QA / enhancing their process operations thereby achieving the required quality level in the supplies

Coordinating with QA head in analysis of both external & Internal customer complaints

inspection with knowledge of Measuring Equipments like CMM, Profile Projector, Delta Vision etc

Maintaining documents as per ISO / TS 16949 procedures.

Validation / Tool trials of development components / processes parts as per specifications.

Control of Quality Documents & Maintenance of LOT Control system.

To prepare SOPs , Work instruction & 8D analysis report
