-District Service Manager responsible for the warranty administration of 16 GM Dealerships with Medium Duty Truck Franchises in the Prairie Provinces (July 2001 – Sept 2003). I was transferred back to the Alberta Zone in the same capacity to administer to 15 Alberta Dealerships.

-Both in the Prairie Zone and the Alberta Zone I was responsible for managing service issues with Fleet Accounts.

-Weekly reporting of Dealer/Fleet contacts; monthly reporting of Medium Duty warranty expenditures to budget; bi-weekly monitoring of Medium Duty Dealer warranty expenditures with the use of “General Motors Warranty Administration” software.

"Techline", a function of my position, to give assistance in the installation and networking of PCs into the shop environment. Our department assisted dealership technicians the usage of software applications to download Product Service Information and Diagnostics for our hand held tools. I would developed power point presentations to give a four hour training sessions to the technicians for this.

Aside from working with networks / PCs on a professional level, for the past twenty years, my hobby is the building and the OS software installation of desktop computers which I also network. I have become quite knowledgeable with data storage and the usage of Raid 0,1,5, and 10 . The operating softwares include 95, 98, 2000, XP Home, Professional. Vista 32 / 64 bit, and now the new Windows 7 64 bit platforms. I am competent with firewall and most anti virus softwares. Other softwares include 2000 / 2003 Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes. I am able to work on my own or in a team player atmosphere.
