Manage all aspects of on-site construction including project scheduling from start-up to certificate of occupancy including
homeowner move-in
Monitor construction for compliance with plans and specifications
Ensure quality standards are exceeded
Determine and proactively communicate to subcontractors work force requirements
Understand and enforce company and OSHA safety requirements
Update and maintain project schedule
Maintain all necessary paperwork from project start-up through closeout including as-built drawings
