* Electric, natural gas, water and/or wastewater utility cost of service, customer class cost allocation, and rate design studies, including custom-designed cost of service and rate design forecasting computer models for several Texas cities.
* Electric, natural gas, and cable service utility franchise agreement compliance regarding computation and remittance of franchise fees for thirteen (13) municipalities in Texas, California, and Massachusetts resulting in additional payments between $12,000 and $110,000.
* Indirect cost allocation studies identifying departmental costs incurred by other departments providing a clearer understanding actual costs associated with individual activities.
* Completed an application for the Tarrant Regional Water District seeking $150 million in financial assistance for the planning, design, and construction of a raw water transmission system from the State of Texas Water Infrastructure Fund (WIF).

* Evaluated lost profits, reasonable royalties, and price erosion damages in preparation of $45.5 million damage calculation related to patent infringement of the technology and method of delivering internet media content.
* Analyzed the expected work life, loss of income, fringe benefits, and business expenses for the issuance of a rebuttal report in an alleged wrongful termination claim.
* Assessed over 200 license agreements and prepared alternative damage calculations during the issuance of a rebuttal report to a $43 million patent infringement lawsuit against a leading satellite service provider.
* Assessed damage remedies of more than 20 claims and counter claims of alleged overpayments related to the breaching of contractual representations and warranties in a human resources outsourcing joint venture.

* Reviewed company correspondence in relation to stock price movements and granting dates for a stock option backdating engagement resulting in adjustments between $1.5 million and $3.0 million.
* Calculated lost profits related to business interruption matters for numerous firms including: the world’s largest restaurant company and privately owned and operated fitness center chain; leading national forest products manufacturing firm; large, publicly traded funeral home and cemetery services company; several national and international retail companies; and a leading supplier of cement, aggregate and consumer product building materials in Texas and California. Calculations ranged from several thousand dollars to over $1 million.
* Prepared business interruption values analysis for one of the nation’s largest dairy manufactures and the worlds largest privately owned and operated fitness center chain assessing potential lost profits for over 450 locations based on hypothetical loss situations.
* Reviewed 3rd party valuation and solvency reports and conducting financial comparison analysis of publicly traded telecommunication companies relating to the solvency position of a privately held telecommunications firm.
