This projects concern with making reports on the requirement of the client. Reports were created to consider the client industry type by the using business object crystal reports tools. We have made reports by the using historical data stored in various databases like MS-SQL Server, MS-Access and Flat Files. Universe was the prime data source. We have made ad-hoc reports that deal with procurement stage to final product stage.

Responsibilities:

• Used function and operator to separate the data to produce required details by the using majorly subscript, replace & Instr functions.

• Designed and implemented complicated reports and sub reports. By the using dynamic cascading parameters with optional prompts, summarizing data.

• Used graphical view of conditional data.

• Used control structure to produce multiple conditional reports by the using available tool i.e. multiple,nested If- then- else & select statement respectively.

Project Description:

This warehouse is to generate reports and analyze the sales of various products. The product data is categorized depending on the product group and product family. It is also used to analyze the usage of product at different times of the year. It reports the historical data stored in various databases like Oracle, XML files and Flat Files. We used Business Objects Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports for reporting and Xcelsius for visual reports.

Responsibilities:

• Worked with QAAWS (Query as a Web Service) to access data from the Universe.

• Analyze business requirements and use Business Objects Xcelsius Enterprise to create visualizations to meet those requirements.

LDA Data Migration Project: Worked as a consultant for mass data migration project from IBM AS/400 legacy system to Microsoft Business Intelligence, based on capabilities of Microsoft Office and SQL server. Data is downloaded from AS/400 using local client. Once data is captured and downloaded in MS-XLs file, its thoroughly mined and analyzed across domain before being uploaded into MS-BI SQL server. Helps end users resources to get started by customizing the templates in a familiar Excel editor and then simply publish the report using Excel Services.
