I have worked the last 30 Years in Customer Service oriented jobs. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative, Claims Adjuster (in many different product lines) Team Leader in multiple positions, Underwriting Sales Consultant, Field Administrator, Clinic receptionist, Medical Claims Specialist and currently I am the Team Reception Manager for the Sauk Trails clinic at Group Health Cooperative.
Communication Skills
I have demonstrated superior communication and customer satisfaction skills by directly speaking with customers and problem solving to meet their needs. I work daily with internal and external customers. Recently my experience is working with medical providers to help them service and maintain member accounts and process health claims to include private, commercial and Medicare insurance. I work with our Internal Medical providers, Nursing staff and Receptionists daily but most important our members, I want to make sure they are taken care of when visiting our clinic. I also have strong written and telephone skills.
