As part of the Latin America team, coordinated all the aspects related to implementation of OtC in all the countries in Latin America where Maersk Line has operations and served of first point of contact between countries and global team located in company’s headquarters in Copenhagen. The project was successfully finished ahead of schedule and with lower cost than projected.
Assisted cluster implementation managers in identifying local business needs (gap analysis) and in suggesting necessary changes to the system as well as in following upon the development of the project.
Developed training material and delivered on-site training in SAP (SD/BW) to final users in Panama, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, Chile and Mexico. Excellent feedback and evaluation were received from trainees and local finance managers.
