EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES:

I am interested in a position that will develop my computer and

business skills while allowing me to advance in my career. I am well

organized, creative, responsible, punctual and eager to learn. I

especially enjoy working with the public and with computers/information

technology.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

2012 (Current Job) I started on February 17th at Louisville Bedding

Company, I work on a team operating a machine which makes fiber. I also

check quality of the fiber and put all the information in the computer

using the program Bonding Line.

2012 (February): Worked at Cardinal Aluminum Company, operating a

machine, wrapping metal pieces

2012 (February): Worked temp for PCS Group, Staffing Preffered. I was

doing different areas like wrapping cd boxes or scanning products for

Apple.

2010 - 2011: Self employed - Quito, Ecuador

Started and managed own business in the floral industry. Developed

extensive new customer base from the ground floor. Purchased flowers

and plants directly from various growers/suppliers from around the

country of Ecuador. Organized all sales activities and customer orders.

Managed both incoming shipments of product and customer delivery

schedules. Created and maintained computer records for inventory, sales

and accounting purposes.

2010: Quitorchids - Quito, Ecuador

Supervisory position managing customer accounts for a company

specializing in orchids and various plants indigenous to Ecuador.

Duties included receiving new orders, organizing delivery of floral

products, ensuring availability of delivery vehicle, managing accounts

receivable and processing customer payments.

2009: Colima Restaurant - Quito, Ecuador

Maitre d', server and general assistant at a restaurant in the tourist

area of downtown Quito. Bilingual services provided when required by

both Spanish and English speaking customers.

2007-2009: Manager at Camaguey Hotel. I was in charge of a crew. I had

to make their schedules and make sure that everything was working well.

2006: Ignacio Agramonte International Airport - Camaguey, Cuba

Various positions. Job assignments included assistant network

administrator, sales of tourist packages to foreign travelers and

general customer service activities.

2005: Minaz SA. - Camaguey, Cuba

Computer assistant to an attorney at a local sugar company.

EDUCATION:

2012 I study Computer Tech at Jefferson Community and Technical College

2000-2004: Candido Gonzalez School, specializing in IT careers. Camaguey,

Cuba.

SKILLS AND LANGUAGES:

Computer competency in basic Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel,

Power Point, etc. Also basic network administration activities such as

performing backups, loading updates and installing software.

Fluent in Spanish and English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
