• Sole management representative for the 30 person 2nd shift of a Heavy Truck Reaction Injection Molding and Composite Bonding facility. Directly responsible for all production, quality, shipping & receiving functions.

• Consistently ensured timely shipment of nightly customer orders in an environment of rapidly changing demand and minimal lead times.
