In my over eighteen years of working in IT and managing IT teams I have supported almost everything out there. A wide variety of operating systems: Win 95 through Win 7 and NT Server through Win 2008 R2. This includes Active Directory, Hyper-V & Exchange 2007. All Mac OS versions through 10.7, including IOS (iPhone/iPad) as well as VMware ESX 3.5 & 4.x, and recent versions of RHEL. Major application experience includes the MS Office Suite through 2011, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop & InDesign. Light HTML/CSS work, WordPress, all the major web browsers, Symantec Ghost, Endpoint & NAV and McAfee AV.

I have an MCSE, MCP and MCP+I. I have held Dell (currently active) and Apple hardware certifications and have extensive and detailed experience with the Dell server platforms, including server support at DellísDell's Enterprise Server Support team.

360 Mortgage Group

-- Sole support and Jack of All Trades; including day-to-day support of desktop, telephone, network and server infrastructure for about 60 in-house and 40 remote employees.

-- Their computing infrastructure consists of Dell desktop hardware running a mix of Windows XP & Windows 7 x64. The network is gigabit Ethernet composed of seven Dell 6248 stacked switches. Six Dell (2950 & R710) servers running Microsoft Server 2008R2 x64 Hyper-V (~25 virtualized servers), Active Directory (native 2008 R2 mode), Terminal Services, IIS, Print & File services, DNS, DHCP and a dedicated server for Exchange 2007 on Win 2003.

-- Administration of the NEC (Univerge SV8100) VOIP phone system using both 12 button (DT-700) handsets and soft phones using the (beta) NEC Desktop Suite 4.

-- Design, purchase, setup and configure the computer infrastructure for brand new custom built office for the entire company. Worked with contractors to set up network wiring, data center and brand new phone system. Solely responsible for moving the back end computing infrastructure from the old to the new location.

SERVER AND DESKTOP SUPPORT, ROLLOUT MANAGEMENT: April 1998 - December 2005

-- Administered NT 4 domain-based file and print server infrastructure, including creation of share points, local and global users and groups, network printers, server troubleshooting, upgrades and service patches, and managing services.
