Responsible for project management functions for $800 MM Bartow Repower & Demolition Projects from development through engineering and construction to closeout. Provides cost engineering, scheduling and trending functions, including cost monitoring, analysis and reporting. Develop, implement and manage change control process. Provide day-to-day cost engineering support to project team, and detailed monitoring and analysis of project budgets and actuals, and provides support to project financial reporting and trending functions and the invoice/billing process as required per contract. Manage all financial aspects of the project including overall budget, timely payment of invoices for contracted work, obtaining appropriate authorizations and financial closeout activities. Facilitate and develop financial reports and other related summaries to support internal and external requests for financial and other cost related information, including but not limited to tax, insurance, treasury, asset management, financial business planning and other specialty areas.
