 Coordinate substance abuse treatment services for adolescents and act as a liaison between Family Court and Probation.

 Organize and develop educational workshops, seminars etc; facilitate group therapy, individual and family counseling.

 Counsel youthful offenders emphasizing substance abuse education and quality of life issues; continued outreach and referral upon release.

 Train and supervise newly hired counselors and student interns in outpatient treatment settings.

 Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with interdisciplinary team members.

 Conduct intake, case assessment and evaluation data; prepare psycho

socials, and treatment plans.

 Effective crisis intervention, advocacy and substance abuse outreach

 Participate on utilization review and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance of patient charts with OASAS standards.
