MetLife Absence Management System

MetLife’s customers are demanding more robust Absence Management services than they have in the past. Therefore, Absence Management System has been developed which will be the intake channel for STD and FML Absences as well as the administration and tracking for FML Leaves and Other Type Absences, such as Jury Duty and Military Leaves, PTO and vacation time.

AMS will be the major component for all existing insurance application and their customer will handle all absence related functions with AMS tool to evaluate and implement insurance and payroll related activity.

• Developed strategy and standards on implementation of User Interface and Information Architect for AMS, as this tool has integrate with almost 4 major client facing application from MetLife

• Developed Sitemaps, Wireframe, Process flow diagram, Interaction flow diagram, UI specifications, XHTML and CSS rapid prototyping, and UI IA documentation for AMS

Broadlane’s Capital Equipment Services (CES) group provides vendor quote review services to its customers. Due to the growing success of this service, CES would like to provide its customers with an online presence for both the submission of quotes and to check the status of quotes reviews in progress. The CES group would also like to automate the majority of quote data entry and review. The Quote Review Automation Project is being undertaken to meet these goals and support the continued growth of the Quote Review Service.

• Handled entire user experience work including design methodologies, emerging standards, and essential elements such as information architecture, interaction, information, and visual design with articulate concepts in everyday work development

Pfizer wanted to migrate those applications to SharePoint & .Net with Ajax based environment to reduce the maintenance cost, performance issues and the support work.

• Had thorough understanding of the existing environment, architecture and workflow for the RIA based interaction and entire application task flow

• Gathered requirements for the targeted platform (SharePoint 2007) for new UI, task flow, information designing, and user interviews

• Contributed to developing new interaction in list form in MOSS 2007 and form development in MS InfoPath

Comet .NEXT

The Comet application is the Material Management System that fulfills the needs of various departments in PCIT (Pre-Clinical IT) of the GSK organization.

The Comet v5 was the migration project where all the systems were redesigned as a Web application on RIA platform, accessed by all the users of the system through a single user interface.

The Comet v5 project was a 3-tier application. The presentation layer was developed using new UIFramework based on MVC pattern and provided clear segregation of Screen designing, navigation logic, and application specific code.

• Managed entire offshore project deliverables and development support for UCD activities and prototyping, which included UI Wireframes and Navigation system designing

• Performed requirement gathering from client and end-users

• Designed the user-experience strategy and interface elements for an AJAX-enhanced web application to archive RIA feature while UI strategy development

State Bank of India (SBI) is the world’s largest bank in terms of customer base. In this project, we designed core online banking Web application front-end, employing User-Centric Design process. • Developed country level map with Longitude and Latitude for ½ degree

Built web portal for online exchange activities for National Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (NMCE). Through this portal any commodity can be bought and sold at Asia level and this was the first online commodity exchange in India. This is completely connected with the stock exchange’s software. WBT and CBT were built to depict how to use this portal and what the processes were for exchange activities for all their agents.
