companies within the search ring. Contact the owners and begin the lease process. Constantly

communicate with all parties including our legal department and the land owner’s attorney until the

lease is fully executed.

• Utilize tools such as Internet, GPS and digital cameras in the field to locate potential candidates. Prepare

and maintain excel spreadsheets for internal reporting.

• Successfully identified, qualified and closed 30 of 70 sites in the Michigan and Akron/Cleveland market

for XM Satellite Radio. These include leases with American Tower Corp., SpectraSite, Sprint, Pinnacle,

Nextel, Verizon, SubCarrier Communications, AT&T Wireless, and independent owners.

• Assisted in a troubled market of 90 sites. Responsible to manage 10 sites.
