ACCOMPLISHMENTS
All Nortel equipment deployment including CDMA Backhaul Routing Subsystem (CBRS) and CDMA Packets Data Subsystems were halted because of insufficient Traffic Ranges. Worked on the issue; migrated few cell sites, change the soft handoff boundaries and resolved the issue at no cost to Sprint. This was an ROI in excess of $7.0 million.
Nortel CPDS (next generation 3G data solution) is based on ATM PP15K. Developed and presented analysis to executive team to come up with the ideas to reuse PP15K frame for various Sprint Networks including PSN2 network, PVG etc. This is expected to a ROI in excess of $7.5 million
Introduced the concept of tandem ISSHO which reduces number of ISSHO IMT links. This reduced the requirements for ISSHO IMT to one-third and save access cost
Presented an analysis to reuse CBRS 4pOC3 for CPDS in Nortel markets. A saving in excess of $1.2 million has been recognized
Reduced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) debug time by 70%. A saving in excess of more than $6.0 million dollar was recognized by Celestica
Has been awarded Celestica Unlimited Solutions awards three times in a year. I have been awarded Sprint excellence award multiple times in last three years
