ANALYSIS
Utilize program data to evaluate and identify areas of concern; make recommendations for solutions to enhance department’s efficacy to aide goals and objectives
Effectively use computing and information technology as a means to analyze current systems and processes
Conduct full needs analysis and scope definition for proposed learning programs
Develop course learning strategies and objectives
Perform job task, audience, context, and content analysis
Leverage existing program materials to minimize development time
Incorporate multiple tools and paradigms of research and study, including electronic searches and discussion groups
DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT
Conduct routine maintenance on materials
Make recommendations for appropriate blended learning solutions (Instructor led, CBT, video)
Interview and build relationships with end-users, stakeholders and subject-matter experts for the purpose of designing an appropriate learning environment
Extract content from existing training materials
Write program materials including facilitator guides, participant guides, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and evaluation forms
Design programs for maximum participant involvement, transfer of knowledge and overall program results
Research and evaluate vendor created products.

Design valid learning assessment tools
Provide quality assurance on all Instructor led materials
Conduct skills assessment to evaluate effectiveness of learning outcomes

Advanced levels in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
