Responsibilities as full time telecommuting consultant.

• Analysis of customer specifications regarding all Electro/Mechanical aspects of the product.

• Design Rack Mount chassis with emphasis in EMI reduction, Airflow, shock absorption and ergonomics. AutoCAD was used for all Metal and plastic part designs.

• Responsible for all PCB designs. OrCad schematic capture and PCB Layout were the dominant tools used.

• Platforms used are VME, IDE, PCI, Backplanes, Front and Rear Panel Chassis interface, and countless custom size boards.

• PCB’s were designed with multi-power split plains, differential pairs Time delaying Tuning. DFM and DFT. All designs were made to meet or exceed IPC standards.
