Responsibilities also include compiling and reviewing credit files on both individuals and business entities applying for credit with the bank, as well as making loan decisions and structuring loans to increase portfolio size and profitability while at the same time minimizing exposure to loss. Was also responsible for marketing the bank to eight East Texas counties in order to increase penetration on agricultural based consumer, business, mortgage, equipment, and construction loans.

· Increased finance penetration in under performing dealers and developed two of the five highest penetrations in the entire region.
