JOB DESCRIPTION:
Product Support Specialist in Bucyrus India Private Ltd from Nov 2009 onwards, placed at Chennai. I’m a part of the Service Department under Global Channel Support Team of Bucyrus, Coordinating dealer (Voltas) in India and providing Regional Support (All over India) to Factor and directly reporting to Director in India and Germany parallely.
Responsibility and Focus:
Mapping the dealer requirements and collecting information’s about competitor performance in the markets.
• Find out the Market strategy and the same to be informing to factory regarding the market price and strategy and planning to meet the customer to build up our Market and providing customer satisfaction.
• Handling cross functional teams.
• Updating database of various customers and generating periodic reports.
• Minimized Customer complaints. Investigate the root cause of failures.
• Minimized warranty ratio and ensured faster job processing.
• Data assessing in order to identify and record Problem Records, or related incidents to existing problems or known errors.

4. Got Performance Satisfactory Certificate from the Customer for the fitment of Automatic Retarder Brake System (ARC). Second person has been fitted this in the site in India.
