• Extensive experience in Underground Utilities: Water, Sewer. Electrical, Storm, and Gas.
• Experience in plastering, drywall, and roofing, masonry forms, tying steel, cement finishing, setting blocks, carpentry framing, laying floors and foundations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and underground pipe.
• Managed all design-build activities as well as acting as liaison between company and client.

• Confer with and direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing, interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformance to specifications and adherence to construction schedules.
• Prepare or receive from subordinates, report on progress, materials costs. Adjust work schedules accordingly.
• Oversee and schedule pick-up work, make changes and corrections after inspections have been made, complete final walk thru with customer.
• Verify levels, alignment and elevation of mechanical installations.
• Maintain daily log of construction and inspection activities and compare progress reports.
• Compute monthly estimates of work completed and submit for billing.
