SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

• Experienced in construction and remodeling: Commercial/Industrial, Shopping Centers, and Financial Institutions.

• Extensive experience in Underground Utilities: Water, Sewer. Electrical, Storm, and Gas.

• Experience in plastering, drywall, and roofing, masonry forms, tying steel, cement finishing, setting blocks, carpentry framing, laying floors and foundations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and underground pipe.

• Managed all design-build activities as well as acting as liaison between company and client.

• Skilled in reading/interpreting blueprints, wiring, plumbing, HVAC, etc.

• Obtained all necessary permits and licenses and comply with all safety codes (OSHA, etc).

• Pre-construction activities: Estimates, conceptual as well as hard bids, submittals, contract review, plan checks, permits, master schedule, Gant charts, etc.).

• Study specifications to plan procedures and staffing requirements for each phase of construction based on knowledge of personnel skills, available tools, equipment and various building methods.

• Confer with and direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing, interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.

• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformance to specifications and adherence to construction schedules.

• Prepare or receive from subordinates, report on progress, materials costs. Adjust work schedules accordingly.

• Oversee and schedule pick-up work, make changes and corrections after inspections have been made, complete final walk thru with customer.

• Verify levels, alignment and elevation of mechanical installations.

• Maintain daily log of construction and inspection activities and compare progress reports.

• Compute monthly estimates of work completed and submit for billing.
