• Designed, analyzed and implemented the various components (sprag clutch unidirectional, double drive screwdriver, and screw & nut mechanism, beam, gear, shaft and other non- standard parts), of gravity assisted power system (designed for functionality, manufacturability) in SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• FEA simulation and analysis using ANSYS (matching the analytical results with FEA results-in case of any significant discrepancy, check for mistakes and do iterations)
