This site gives access for three types of users namely management, staff and its franchisees. Everyone have their own homepage which can be accessed with their unique username and password.

Management Related:

The management mainly focuses on the MIS of various activities in the organization such as work order, samples received, accounts, logistics, career programs, auto questions to franchisees, payroll management.

Staff related:

This part deals with the daily activities of the employees in the concern such as their sign in, sign out, canteen booking, task assigned. Staffs related pages are categorized into their department wise, So the staffs can use only their department related pages and common pages.

Franchisee Related:

This segment covers the pages for the company franchisees that include their workload, turnover, ledger, logistics ordering, and communication to company, broadcast.

Each and every activity are captured inside the system and stored in our database. For each entry, mails will be generated to the management for reference.

This section covers the pages for the company franchisees that give the information about the samples sent to the organization, their result for the samples, their workload, turnover.

Learnet-LInq: IL&FS having a product named Learnet-LInq, Mainly this product is used in banks for evaluating the performance of their employees, conducting test, Communication with their Clients. It used to maintain the performance of his/her subordinates. Project Leader submits this form. Entered details have to be acknowledged by the corresponding subordinates.

The management mainly focuses on the master Manipulation, MIS of various activities in the organization such as work order, access of the forms to their subordinates.

Subordinates related:

This part deals with the daily activities of the employees in the concern such as their sign in, task assigned. Subordinates related pages are categorized into their Profile, So the subordinates can use only their access related pages and common pages.
